Order-Matic is committed to providing the best support you need to keep your systems operating effectively.
Your store(s) will be able to call the Help Desk as often as necessary and not be billed for each call.
Below, you will find a basic description of this program:
Stores will be divided into groups numbering from 150 to 300 with their own dedicated support staff allowing you a fast track to technicians. They will be able to assist you with issues, parts ordering and tracking. For additional assistance, the group will have a dedicated e-mail address and monthly service monitoring reports sent to the office.
Weekend coverage will be limited to emergency situations only. If your store has an issue that involves not being able to take care of the customer, please call. If you have a situation that is not an emergency, a ticket will be created and issue addressed on the following business day.
If you currently have Order-Matic products installed, you can subscribe to Here4U Gold at any time. If you will be opening a new store, or converting an existing store to Order-Matic products, you can include a provision in your contract to have a subscription become effective immediately following the warranty period, or subscribe any time thereafter.
