The performance study measured speed, traffic, payment, accuracy, communication, menu-board, and friendly service.
While Taco Bell has experienced premium performance from their drive-thru for years, there was a time when they weren’t even invited to the awards ceremony.

In the early 2000’s, YUM! Brands approached Order-Matic to take part in the retro-fit of Taco Bell drive-thru locations across the nation.
